Patrick Fannon has been a member of the InSite team for over
four years and currently serves as the team lead. During his time at InSite, Patrick has assisted seven different partners in achieving their occupancy and financial goals through all phases of development including, pre-leasing, lease-up and stabilized assets. Prior to joining InSite Realty Advisors, Patrick accumulated just under 20 years of service in the senior living industry. Patrick has a diverse background and has served as a sales professional and operational leader for organizations with a national footprint, regional providers, non-profit, and in a consulting capacity across the country. Throughout the course of his career, he has worked in senior living services supporting teams, corporations, and individuals to be successful in nearly every space from homecare, CCRC, traditional assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing, active adult and independent living.

 

Patrick was a collegiate athlete while earning a Bachelor of Arts
degree at Drew University and received his Master of Arts from
Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Patrick is married with four children
and lives outside of Atlantic City where he spends most of his free
time watching his children play soccer, surfing and spending time
on the beach with family and friends.
